Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days, while expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and usually arrive within 1-2 business days. We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can monitor your package's progress. International shipping is available; however, delivery times may vary based on the destination and customs processing. Please note that FavesCraft is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties incurred during international shipping.

At FavesCraft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned sealed, unused unopened, in their original packaging. A change in condition may result in a partial refund or no refund depending on the circumstance.

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. For exchanges, please contact our customer service team to ensure the desired item is in stock.
